With a dark complexion, plain face and tears rolling down her eyes, Krishnokoli was brought to life from the depths of Tagore's pages by Ishika Khan.

The viewers will definitely find it difficult to recognize the popular actress in this role as she has completely changed her looks by applying dark makeup and soot on her face to bring the character to life in the RTV series “Onakangkhito Shotto”.

Acting opposite to Tousif Mahbub, the episode aired this past Thursday, which was scripted by Sraboni Ferdous and directed by Shuvro Khan.

She had previously played the same role in Joyonto Rosario's drama called “Krishnokoli”, but she feels that the past role was that of a girl with tanned complexion. This, however, was that of a girl with dark complexion and allowed her to present much depth in her acting skills.
